Amy Chandler

Dr Amy Chandler is a (part-time) research fellow at the Centre for Research on Families and Relationships (University of Edinburgh). She has worked on projects relating to parenting, substance use, self-harm, suicide and mental health and well-being.
Prior to this she undertook research on self-harm as part of doctoral studies in the School of Social and Political Science at the University of Edinburgh.
Amy's expertise lies in qualitative, interpretive methods. She is experienced in using NVivo to contribute to data analysis.
Additionally, Amy is skilled in the use of narrative methodological approaches.
